RM Online Resource Management
RM Online is the web-based, integrated resource management system for budgeting, manpower and personnel. It is already fully functional throughout numerous major Army commands, as well as other government agencies. And because it's government-owned, you can leverage the system without paying development or licensing fees.

RM Online’s rich functionality delivers greater control and efficiency through our integrated database design. It standardizes processes for issuing guidance to subordinate commands and gathering data to support the Army’s Program Objective Memorandum (POM) requirements, change packages (Schedule 8s), Table of Distributed & Allowances (TDA), budget reprogramming requests, and spend plans.

RM Online contains four modules that are configured to meet specific needs:
- Budget Management – Formulate multi-year plans and manage budgets within the operating year
- Manpower Management – Manage strength and positions linked to budget
- Personnel Management – Manage personnel assignments and changes linked to manpower
- Information Analysis – Query the integrated database to uncover trends and areas of opportunity, and run standard and ad hoc management reports
