Whole for the Holidays: Practical ways to navigate heavy topics, burnout, and toxic teams

Register now for this event!

Working in environments that expose the darkest parts of humanity takes a real mental toll. Over time, that exposure can lead to burnout, withdrawal, aggression, or even substance use.

You probably know someone who’s struggling — maybe even on your own team. But supporting others starts with learning how to recognize those signs, manage difficult dynamics, and protect your own well-being.

This holiday season, join us for a candid discussion with experts who understand the realities of high-stress professions. Learn practical, proven methods to stay grounded and help others do the same.

Featuring Retired Sgt. John Kelly, founder of “Sometimes Heroes Need Help,” and Melissa Kaiser, licensed social worker and specialist in anti-human trafficking, multidisciplinary team development, and officer wellness.
