Tracy Weir

Tracy Weir is the president and chief executive of CACI Limited UK for CACI International Inc, a Fortune 500™ company with more than 25,000 employees committed to expanding the limits of national security.

In this role, Weir leads CACI’s United Kingdom operations, managing a diverse business that provides technology services, proprietary data, and software products to commercial and government clients primarily in the UK, but also across the world.

Weir has worked for CACI since 1997, leading the commercial business as it evolved into a successful marketing and digital transformation agency in the UK and a recognized global leader in location strategy. The broader UK operation provides technology services and products to central government departments, including defence, national security, education, and health.

Weir assumed leadership of the entire CACI UK business in October 2024 and is focused on building scale in the operation’s distinctive areas of expertise and technology through organic growth and strategic acquisitions.

Weir holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Imperial College London and began her career at Ford Motor Company UK.
