Mike Dickens is vice president of strategic capture at CACI International Inc, a Fortune 500™ company with more than 26,000 employees committed to expanding the limits of national security. Dickens leads capture and growth strategy for CACI's technology portfolio across all markets, spanning C5ISR, spectrum superiority, enterprise IT, digital solutions, mission and engineering services, cyber, and space domains. 

With 21 years of industry experience and six years at CACI, Dickens brings deep technical and capture leadership expertise. He led capture strategy contributing to CACI's best new business quarter in history, with contract awards totaling $5.0 billion and book-to-bill of 2.2x. Dickens manages a pipeline exceeding $30 billion and applies technology-driven growth strategies that convert innovation into measurable mission results for Department of War (DoW) and Intelligence Community (IC) customers. 

Dickens is recognized for pioneering artificial intelligence applications in business development, deploying generative AI capabilities across the capture lifecycle from pipeline strategy to proposal development. His work accelerates decision-making, improves pursuit quality, and scales best practices across CACI's enterprise. Prior to his capture leadership role, Dickens spent more than a decade in technical solution strategy and development positions, aligning advanced architectures and engineering approaches to operational requirements for DoW and IC missions.
