Marcie Small
Marcie Small is the executive vice president and chief human resources officer (CHRO) at CACI International Inc, a Fortune 500™ company with more than 27,000 employees committed to expanding the limits of national security.
In this role, Small works closely with CACI’s executive team, business groups, and staff organizations to align the company’s human resources initiatives with strategic goals and objectives. Her responsibilities include providing strategic direction for the full range of human capital functions, with an emphasis on employee development, leadership development, and talent management. She has more than 25 years of leadership experience in human capital management across technology and government contracting sectors.
During her 15-year tenure at CACI, Small has held roles of increasing leadership responsibility across its Human Resources organization. Most recently, she served as senior vice president of Talent Acquisition and Growth, where she led major advancements in how CACI attracts, develops, and advances talent. She introduced innovative technologies, reimagined leadership development, and implemented future forward programs that strengthen CACI’s talent advantage.
Her leadership has been instrumental in shaping CACI’s talent strategies for the future, strengthening its talent pipelines in mission-critical domains, and modernizing its talent ecosystem to support an engaged, agile, and future ready workforce.
Small holds a bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech and has achieved advanced human resource certifications during her career.
