Lisa S. Disbrow
Lisa Disbrow is the chair of the board of directors for CACI International Inc, a Fortune 500™ company with more than 25,000 employees committed to expanding the limits of national security.
Disbrow has more than 32 years of national security experience and broad experience serving on public boards for technology and solutions providers, both in the commercial industry and for U.S. government customers. Disbrow retired as the undersecretary of the United States Air Force in June 2017, a position she had held since January 2015.
Concurrently, from January 2017 through May 2017, Disbrow served as the Acting Secretary of the United States Air Force. From 2014 to 2016, she served as the assistant secretary of the Air Force for financial management and comptroller. She joined the United States Air Force in 1985 and retired in 2008 as a colonel from the United States Air Force Reserve. Throughout her national security career, she held senior civilian positions on the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the National Reconnaissance Office, and the National Security Council.
Disbrow previously served on the board of directors of Perspecta Inc. from 2018 through its acquisition in May 2021 and serves on the boards of directors of Mercury Systems and BlackBerry. She is also a senior fellow at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory.
