Jackie Harding

Jackie Harding is the Executive Vice President, Business Operations of CACI International Inc, a global provider of expertise and technology serving defense, intelligence, and federal civilian government customers.

Ms. Harding provides leadership and oversight to several corporate functional support areas, including Corporate Enterprise Services, IT, Facilities and Real Estate, Personnel and Physical Security, Procurement and Subcontracts, and Operational Excellence. In addition, she leads the teams responsible for Digitial Tranformation & Analytics, International Business Operations, Enterprise Risk Management, Corporate Policies and Procedures, and M&A integration activities. She also provides support to the CEO, leading strategic cross functional initiatives throughout the company to enable enhanced efficiencies and optimizing corporate support to the business while ensuring compliance throughout the groups.

Ms. Harding worked to establish the company’s first Enterprise Risk Management program and continues to lead the effort while monitoring and reporting the status of corporate-identified critical risks. Most recently, she led a team in designing, developing, and implementing the company’s first Corporate Responsibility website and annual report. As the executive lead for corporate responsibility, she continues to work to formalize the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy and goals while streamlining the process for annual data collection and future reporting.

During her tenure, Ms. Harding has worked to reduce costs while optimizing corporate services within Business Operations. She works closely with CACI’s senior leadership to streamline day-to-day operational activities and enhance collaboration between corporate functional groups and business sectors. She led the planning, design, and implementation of the company’s first Shared Services Center and consistently challenges her team to find innovative ways to drive efficiencies without compromising service. She also provides oversight to a small line operations group, ASG, that has seen operational improvements and year-over-year growth since joining her team.

Ms. Harding has held operational and leadership roles with increasing responsibility over her nearly 20-year career. Prior to CACI, she was Vice President of Operations for L3 Data Tactics Corporation, where she managed several functional areas, negotiated and managed all group contracts, created and implemented policies and procedures, and ensured group compliance as the Ethics Liason and Empowed Official for export/import matters. She also streamlined the organization and integrated the functional operations team to provide best in practice services to both employees and government customers.

Ms. Harding has a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Hawaii Pacific University and a master’s degree in project management from George Washington University.
