Jackie Harding

Jackie Harding is the executive vice president of business operations for CACI International Inc, a Fortune 500™ company with more than 25,000 employees committed to expanding the limits of national security.

Harding leads several corporate functional support areas, including corporate enterprise services, information technology, facilities and real estate, personnel and physical security, procurement and subcontracts, and operational excellence. She also leads the teams responsible for digital transformation and analytics, international business operations, enterprise risk management, corporate policies and procedures, and merger and acquisition integration activities. She supports the CEO by leading strategic cross-functional initiatives throughout the company to enhance efficiencies, optimize corporate support to the business, and ensure compliance across all groups.

Harding established the company’s first enterprise risk management program and continues to lead that effort while monitoring and reporting on corporate-identified critical risks. Most recently, she led a team in designing, developing, and implementing the company’s first corporate responsibility website and annual report. As the executive lead for corporate responsibility, she continues to formalize the environmental, social, and governance strategy and goals while streamlining the process for annual data collection and future reporting.

During her tenure, Harding has focused on reducing costs while optimizing corporate services within business operations. She works closely with CACI’s senior leadership to streamline day-to-day operational activities and enhance collaboration between corporate functional groups and business sectors. She led the planning, design, and implementation of the company’s first shared services center and consistently challenges her team to find innovative ways to drive efficiencies without compromising service. She also provides oversight to a small line operations group, ASG, that has achieved operational improvements and year-over-year growth since joining her team.

Harding has held operational and leadership roles with increasing responsibility over her nearly 20-year career. Before joining CACI, she served as vice president of operations for L3 Data Tactics Corporation, where she managed multiple functional areas, negotiated and managed all group contracts, created and implemented policies and procedures, ensured group compliance as the ethics liaison and empowered official for export and import matters. She also streamlined the organization and integrated the functional operations team to provide best-in-practice services to both employees and government customers.

Harding holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Hawaii Pacific University and a master’s degree in project management from George Washington University.
