Erin Kocourek is vice president of Aerospace and OEM Development and the Golden Dome for America campaign executive at CACI International Inc, a Fortune 500™ company with more than 26,000 employees committed to expanding the limits of national security. 

Kocourek builds trusted partnerships and aligns CACI advanced product solutions with the Department of War, Intelligence Community, and OEM communities to drive operational efficiency and business growth. 

Prior to her role at CACI, Kocourek was the vice president of advanced technology at CAES, where she led the business strategy and research and development organization focused on pioneering advanced electronics and manufacturing technology, underpinning many of the nation’s most critical capabilities and associated missions. Previously, she was a senior director and the Hypersonics Campaign executive at Raytheon Technologies. She successfully led an enterprise team chartered to accelerate development and fielding of hypersonic capabilities for both offensive and defensive missions. Prior to her time at Raytheon Technologies, Kocourek spent 15 years at Lockheed Martin serving in roles of increasing responsibility. 

Kocourek holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science from West Virginia University. She actively volunteers for the Junior Achievement organization, is an active U.S. Air Force Academy Cadet Sponsor and serves on the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs College of Business Advisory Board for Executive Education. She is an aviation enthusiast and an FAA certified private pilot.
