Vice President, Counter-C5ISR Solutions Division Spectrum Superiority (S2)

Erik Grant is the vice president for the Counter-C5ISR Solutions Division for CACI International Inc, a Fortune 500™ company with more than 26,000 employees committed to expanding the limits of national security. Grant oversees a team of more than 250 program managers, engineers, and technologists developing sophisticated systems to detect and defend against unmanned system threats across ground, sea, air, and space. 

Grant’s division produces C-UxS systems delivering industry leading detection, tracking, identification, deterrence, and defeat of unmanned systems to multiple U.S. government and foreign partner organizations. CACI systems employ artificial intelligence enabled radio frequency, radar, and electro optical / infrared sensors, automated command and control software, and sophisticated electronic defeat techniques to protect critical U.S. government installations. His division also designs, develops, manufactures, and sustains other tactical SIGINT / electronic warfare systems for various Department of War organizations. 

Grant joined CACI in October 2020 as chief engineer of the Advanced Solutions Group, providing technical oversight across the operating group and leading the development of innovative solutions to complex customer challenges. He was promoted to vice president in August 2021 and assumed responsibility for expanding the C-UxS Solutions Division. 

Prior to CACI, Grant spent 16 years at Raytheon Technologies in senior business and engineering leadership roles supporting complex technology development programs. A Raytheon engineering fellow, he served as chief engineer for the Defense and Civil Solutions business area and technical director for the Mission Support and Modernization product line. 

Grant earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
