David Keffer

A well-regarded finance leader who has held several key executive roles, Keffer brings to the board a cross-functional background with experience across business management, operations, and growth functions.

Keffer began his career at Navigant, a boutique consulting firm. A year later, he joined Maden Technologies, eventually serving as chief operating officer. Keffer joined SRA International in 2003. During his 15 years with the company, he took on duties of increasing responsibility, including serving as vice president of investor relations and executive vice president and chief financial officer, a role in which he led the merger of SRA and CSC to form CSRA and the subsequent sale of CSRA to General Dynamics.

From 2020 to 2024, Keffer served as chief financial officer of the $40 billion Northrop Grumman Corporation, leading the financial strategy and operations of this 100,000-employee Fortune 100 company.

The 2016 winner of the CFO of the Year awards from Washington Business Journal and Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC), Keffer holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Georgetown University and an MBA from the University of Virginia.
