Mathis brings more than 28 years of leadership experience spanning project management, supply chain management, logistics operations, property accountability, and advanced Department of War (DoW) programs.
In his role at CACI, Mathis contributes extensive experience in strategic planning, lifecycle logistics, resource allocation, and oversight of cradle to grave sustainment operations. He is recognized for increasing organizational effectiveness by streamlining processes, reducing operational bottlenecks, and enhancing accountability frameworks across complex, multi mission environments.
Prior to joining CACI, Mathis served in numerous high impact positions supporting U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Special Operations Command Central (SOCCENT), SOCEUR, and Joint Special Operations units worldwide. His roles included Sensitive Activities Senior Logistics Project Planner; Property Accountability Office Division Chief / Officer in Charge; Functional Manager for Lockheed Martin SOF GLSS; Joint Property Oversight Branch Team Lead; Senior Logistician and Property Book Officer; and advisor supporting elite organizations such as Special Forces Operational Detachment – Delta and U.S. Army Ranger Battalions.
Mathis holds a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management from Bellevue University and an Associate of Science in Supply Chain Management from Coastline Community College. He is PMP certified, a Six Sigma Black Belt, and has completed extensive professional and military education including Life Cycle Logistics courses through the Defense Acquisition University, Warrant Officer education, and multiple specialized logistics, acquisition, and operational training programs.
