Executive Vice President, Manufacturing

Christoper Monoski is the executive vice president of manufacturing at CACI International Inc, a Fortune 500™ company with more than 27,000 employees committed to expanding the limits of national security.

In this role, Monoski leads all production operations for complex defense technologies used in electronic warfare, RF spectrum sensing, space, photonics, and other mission critical areas. He is responsible for developing and leading a secure, scalable manufacturing organization that delivers high-precision, mission-critical hardware and software for U.S. government customers.

Monoski brings more than 27 years in industry providing leadership and direction for all aspects of the manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and order fulfillment for a multi-site operation, serving a aerospace and defense customer base.

Prior to this role, Monoski most recently served as vice president of operations at L3Harris Technologies. In that role, Monoski oversaw support for $6 billion in annual revenue, six manufacturing sites, and more than 3,000 operations personnel. During his career with L3Harris, he held a series of increasingly senior positions across manufacturing and supply chain management.

Monoski holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial and manufacturing engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology and a master’s certificate from Michigan State University.
