Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer

Angie Combs is the executive vice president and chief human resources officer (CHRO) for 
CACI International Inc, a Fortune 500™ company with more than 25,000 employees committed to expanding the limits of national security.

In this role, Combs works closely with CACI’s executive team, business groups, and staff organizations to align the company’s human resources initiatives with strategic goals and objectives. Her responsibilities include providing strategic direction for the full range of human capital functions, with an emphasis on employee development, leadership development, and talent management. She has more than 30 years of experience in supporting, developing, and leading HR organizations.

Before joining CACI, Combs served as senior vice president and chief human resources officer for LMI, a private, not-for-profit management consulting company. In this position, she led an organizational redesign to maximize capability in key services and markets and redesigned career and compensation structures to support the new organization and foster a culture of career mobility.

Earlier in her career, Combs was human resources senior vice president for the U.S. defense sector of Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions, a United Kingdom aerospace and technology company. In this role, she facilitated the migration from a site-based organizational structure to a market-facing business and played a key role in a large-scale acquisition.

Before joining Cobham, Combs held positions of increasing leadership during a 14-year career at Lockheed Martin Corporation. She served as human resources vice president of the company’s 3-billion-dollar defense IT business, an organization of 12,000 employees, and human resources vice president for the company’s 3-billion-dollar global training and logistics business, an organization of 13,000 employees in 45 states. Her accomplishments in these roles include energizing leadership to introduce a new approach to talent management and supporting the merger of two large business units.
