Charles (Chuck) Shivery is a Senior Technical Project Manager in our Transformation Solutions Group. Commander Shivery was commissioned in 1989 and joined CACI with the AMS acquisition in 2004. Still in the Navy Reserves, Chuck attended the U.S. Army War College from August 2006 to June 2007.

During Operation Enduring Freedom he mobilized with Inshore Boat Unit 25 as Commanding Officer and still enjoys being able to fulfill his sense of duty by serving the country and considers this both an honor and a sacrifice.

Chuck notes that "many outstanding individuals collectively make CACI a great company, and that honor, integrity and character are built over many years. These values were instilled by my parents and reinforced by the military culture. I am glad CACI emphasizes integrity during employee training, but this will not necessarily make someone honest. The Military Code of Conduct and Honor Codes hold members to a higher standard than the civilian world. Once gained, members who uphold these codes make it part of their life."

As far as his future with CACI, Chuck says, "Ideally, I would like to continue making a positive impact in a leadership position. Being able to support our clients objectives and help shape the future of the United States - both through my employment at CACI and my Reserve effort - is extremely gratifying."
