Beau Barnett spent four years as a contract specialist with the U.S. Air Force handling purchasing for his base - "Anything that the Air Force needed, I purchased for my base," he says.

Now with CACI in the same capacity on-site with the Missile Defense Agency in Huntsville, AL, Beau points out, "The majority of the people I work with are military or retired military, so a lot of the values from the service are carried over. The infrastructure, the idea of training, the idea of family is still there. The idea of grooming someone for promotion is still there. And these are all good things in your career."
