CACI uses the PADDIE+M methodology, which has its foundations in the ISD Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) process, to design and develop standardized training programs.
Knowing the importance of planning to a successful project, CACI incorporates an upfront planning phase into our ISD process, which results in our addition of the P to the ADDIE methodology. We also understand the need to maintain training to stay relevant and accurate as policies and programs change, thus the addition of the +M, for Maintenance.
Our methodology also provides a repeatable process for developing training solutions throughout the program. Throughout the application of the PADDIE+M methodology, we continuously focus on the training need and the desired results or outcomes.
