SystemWare is pleased to announce the appointment of Kelly (Gator) Dunn as our new Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 January 2009. Prior to his appointment as the CEO of SystemWare, Mr. Dunn had been assigned the duties and responsibilities of Executive Vice President and Chief of Staff of SystemWare. Mr. Dunn is a retired U.S. Army Senior Warrant Officer whose career spanned over 21 years. Mr. Dunn holds the distinction of Master Technical Surveillance Countermeasures Agent and is the recipient of the Department of Defense’s Counterintelligence Award for Technologies.
Dr. Stan Kranzler, founder and former CEO, will remain with SystemWare as Chief Scientist
SystemWare is pleased to announce the appointment of Bill Rossi as our new Chief Financial Officer, effective 1 January 2009. Prior to his appointment as the CFO of SystemWare, Mr. Rossi had been assigned the duties and responsibilities of Vice President of Finance. Mr. Rossi joined SystemWare in March 2008 bringing his 25 years of experience in finance, accounting and general management to the SystemWare team. Mr. Rossi is a graduate of Arizona State University with a major in Accounting. He is a California CPA and a member of the Tech Coast Angels, a nationally recognized venture funding group whose members invest in, and assist, early stage companies in the Southern California area.
Daniel Lai, co-founder and former CFO, will remain with SystemWare as Senior Engineer.
