2. Obtain the necessary Certificates to Operate, which could include DITSCAP accreditation
3. Collect data to define functional requirements
4. Configure RM Online to meet your specific needs
5. Import your existing data into RM Online
6. Fully test the system, including functionality and load testing
7. Train managers and users
8. Launch RM Online to your entire organization
9. Provide support services and system enhancements as needed
10. Ongoing support via helpdesk and follow-up training, as needed

The timeframe for implementation depends on a wide variety of factors, but typical implementations take about two to three months.
