CACI Supports Junior Achievement
CACI has initiated a partnership with Junior Achievement to provide classroom assistance to help students develop strong educational and life skills and provide volunteer opportunities to our employees.
Our partnership with Junior Achievement continues CACI''s ongoing legacy of support to educational efforts. Our education focus supports company growth by establishing rapport with students who may some day work at CACI, as well as with educators who assist in career choices. In addition, we believe that supporting organizations like Junior Achievement promotes an educated and well informed populace from an early age and helps them to develop the skills and talents necessary to influence the world of tomorrow.
Junior Achievement is the world's largest organization dedicated to educating students in grades K-12 about entrepreneurship, work readiness and financial literacy through experiential programs.
Junior Achievement uses hands-on experience to help young people understand the economics of life. Through CACI Junior Achievement volunteers, students learn how cities run, how to make personal budgets, understand global trade and select careers! JA provides its volunteers with training and easy-to-use materials... and volunteers bring their business expertise to classrooms for a fun and enriching experience. CACI volunteers visit nearby classrooms during the school year to deliver Junior Achievement provided lessons to elementary, middle or high school students.
This unique approach will allows CACI employees to teach the Junior Achievement curriculum while sharing personal experiences with students. By embodying the heart of Junior Achievement, CACI classroom volunteers transform key concepts of these lessons into messages that inspire and empower students to believe in themselves and let them know they can make a difference in our world.
