RASCL for Signal Discrimination and Target Identification
RASCL rapidly processes raw signal pulses for signal discrimination and target identification. It works for a broad range of sensors - radar, ladar,
sonar, acoustic, seismic, EKG, EEG, etc. RASCL is almost five times faster than traditional fast Fourier transforms (FFTs)

How RASCL Works
- RASCL computes multiple statistics from a signal waveform and extracts statistical signal processing (SSP) parameters. Every signal has a unique SSP feature set
- Plotting SSP parameters against one another separates (discriminates among) the signals and facilitates target identification
- Neural nets, genetic algorithms or other predictive techniques can operate directly on the SSP feature set to enhance performance

RASCL H/W-S/W Configuration - PC-based under Windows O/S, written in Visual Basic
Proven Performance - RASCL was developed under IR&D and is used in CACI MTL's TWIST and ARTEMIS tools to support AFRL, NRO, NIMA and Army CECOM
