CACI MTL's laboratory facilities include approximately 5860 square feet equipped with a comprehensive inventory of analytical and test instrumentation for supporting research, development, testing, analysis and equipment calibration for applications in sensor and image processing, radiometry and phenomenology. They also include a government furnished property (GFP) storage area.

• Precision spectral and broadband sensitometers
• Reflection and transmission densitometers
• Spectrophotometers that collectively cover the ultraviolet to infrared spectral regions
• Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrometer for directional hemispherical reflectance measurements in the 2-14 micro-m region
• FTIR spectro-radiometer for field radiometry and emissometry measurements
• Analytical field spectrometer for the 0.35-2.5 micro-m region
• Imaging radiometer for the 3-5 micro-m region
• Meteorological instrumentation, including radiosonde systems
• Thermometric field instrumentation
• Microtome for precision cross-sectional analyses
• Reflection microscope with a high resolution digital camera
• Chemical analysis hardware including densitometers, viscometers, balances and pH meters
• Field portable radiance standard used for absolute radiometer calibrations
