Logistics Systems and Services

Building Readiness, Minimizing Costs

CACI delivers end-to-end logistics and workforce development capabilities to field and maintain the readiness of your people, processes, and technologies.

We supply equipment, provisions, and integrated logistics products and solutions to execute critical missions around the globe. Our readiness assessments and life cycle cost analyses enable high-performance and cost-effectiveness.

Our supply-chain experts, software engineers, system integrators, instructional designers, trainers, and coaches possess deep functional knowledge of the most advanced systems, your operations, and the legacy equipment your mission depends on.

Capabilities

CACI’s Logistics and Material Readiness (LMR) team goes above and beyond your requirements to enable mission success. Our difference is our people. Our teams draw from years of industry and prior military experience to deliver solutions and services with the flexibility and rapid responses demanded by our customers. Our solutions and services provide real-time, end-to-end control of the supply chain, including the deployment, distribution, and sustainment pipeline.

Supply Chain Management

CACI provides leading-edge, end-to-end, supply chain management solutions that help our customers manage and optimize their supply chains as an integrated ecosystem. Because they are fully integrated solutions, they enable 100 percent visibility across the supply chain and scale up or down to react quickly and efficiently to the realities of our customers’ environments. With a modern, demand-driven supply chain, our customers can meet the challenges of increased expectations, shorter product lifecycles, and fluctuating demand.

CACI’s Web-Based Supply Chain Management (WBSCM) system is an integrated, internet-based commodity acquisition, distribution, and tracking system. WBSCM supports domestic and international food/nutrition programs administered by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).

WBSCM also provides logistics support to the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to carry out their mission. Additionally, CACI provides WBSCM access to non-Federal stakeholders including but not limited to commodity vendors, freight forwarders, manufacturers, warehouses, ocean carriers, ports, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs).

Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul

CACI, a leading systems integrator, is adept at maintaining legacy systems relied upon by the military, Federal government, and commercial industry. CACI also takes a pragmatic approach to transforming legacy systems into innovative, modern solutions. CACI leverages the value of current legacy IT systems while embracing future needs. Instead of focusing on building solutions from scratch, we utilize our knowledge of the legacy systems to take a lower-risk approach. This recognizes the legacy assets that function effectively but need a refresh for improved performance, while at the same time seeking to eliminate those systems that no longer provide value. Our logistics support personnel have deep experience in material identification, sourcing, ordering, tracking, and expediting, using both legacy and modern solutions.

CACI provides the Navy’s United States Fleet Forces Command’s (USFFC) Naval Forces Logistics program with global logistics systems analysis support for Naval Operation Forces within USFFC, U.S. Pacific Fleet, and Marine Forces Command (MARFORCOM)/Atlantic (LANT)/Pacific (PAC). Specifically, CACI provides logistics analysis and problem solving; database administration (validate, correct and reconcile); financial management analysis; on-site logistics analysis assistance and training; on-site systems analysis, implementation and training; formal training; system administration analysis; and global program management.

This support is targeted to five logistics support mission areas, including general stores; food service management; retail operations management; disbursing operations and 3M. CACI also provides analysis support for mapping current business processes to future systems business processes.

Product Life-Cycle Management

CACI optimizes product operational availability, minimizes acquisition, maintenance and delivery costs, and helps customers minimize waste by making better decisions. By using the latest techniques in artificial intelligence (AI) and predictive logistics, we provide our customers with the asset life-cycle data they need, when they need it.

CACI’s support of the Naval Aviation Production Process Sustainment (NAPPS) applies a unique blend of training and product lifecycle management techniques to monitor, manage, and report on Aviator and Air Crew production. Our people and solutions provide the Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training (CNATT) fleet with visible indicators and data integrity for decision analytics used in managing throughput for fleet readiness and operational availability.

Training and Warfighter Readiness

CACI supports mission readiness with state-of-the-art training solutions, custom learning, workforce development, and training across the joint interagency, intergovernmental, multinational, Department of Defense (DoD), and other Federal agency communities. We deliver live, virtual-constructive and e-Learning solutions in all modes, mediums, and complexity including in classroom, simulator, augmented and virtual reality, and personal instruction and coaching. Our training solutions are designed to improve performance, enhance workforce capabilities, and increase productivity, as well as deliver scalable, on-demand training to meet DoD requirements for mission readiness and effectiveness.

For example, CACI supports the DoD and Federal government agency’s training, learning and career development, workplace technical and behavioral performance, and distance learning objectives by delivering multimodal learning solutions that are modular, relevant, scalable, and interactive. All our solutions can be technology enabled for virtual collaboration, utilizing both mobile and stationary devices.

CACI develops, maintains, and enhances the Navy’s Readiness Based Sparing system, saving over $2 billion and reducing processing time by 20 percent.
