In our commitment to being the best in all we do, CACI embraces diversity and inclusion as central to our business strategy. Our corporate culture values each individual's unique contributions to the success of our company, our employees, and our clients.
At CACI, we know that a diverse workforce produces innovative thinking. It improves our potential for recruiting and retaining highly qualified employees. And it makes us a more attractive business partner.
The Right Thing to Do
Having a diverse workforce enables us to approach problems from a variety of perspectives. A multiplicity of viewpoints gives us a greater pool of ideas from which to select and develop the best solutions for our clients. What's more, as our clients become more diverse, they look for diversity in their business partners.
CACI is building pipelines and establishing partnerships with historically ethnic educational institutions and professional organizations. These include Women in Technology, the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, the National Society of Black Engineers, and others. We also developed our Deploying Talent - Creating Careers program to offer disabled veterans meaningful careers.
Embracing diversity is good business - and the right thing to do.
Partners in Our Success
To retain our skilled professionals, we offer educational and career opportunities. We provide tuition reimbursement and access to online master's and bachelor's degree programs. Our CACI Virtual University has more than 3,500 online training courses and 70 industry certification tracks. We have established Mentorship, Leadership, and Employee Mobility Programs to help all our employees achieve their potential.
At CACI, each employee is a partner in our success. Realizing that differences can be strengths is vital to our future. We are committed to building on diversity, enhancing our capabilities, delivering excellence for our clients, and creating meaningful careers for our employees.
