CACI conducts research into aircraft composite structures for composite material health management inspection and repair in conjunction with maintainability, supportability and reliability support for the CH-53K. Composite material health management tasks for the new radical fuselage and rotor are

CACI supports the Warner-Robins Air Logistics Center (WR-ALC) platform directorates with comprehensive Technical Order (TO) services, including editorial support, TO library management and configuration management and sustainment of paper and digital TOs. CACI organizes, catalogs, indexes and maintains configuration control of thousands of engineering reports associated with all platform components and subassemblies.

CACI provides logistical engineering to support Visual Landing Aids (VLA) for Naval Air Warfare Center, including

Coast Guard Maintenance Planning (Reliability Centered Maintenance) - CACI applies an engineered, disciplined, repeatable and auditable process for defining maintenance requirements to legacy, in-service systems.

Management Operating System (MOS) - This CACI developed application provides a web-based system that allows users and managers to effectively plan and manage workload and schedules in one central repository.

Human Capital Digital Dashboard (HCDD) - This CACI developed system provides an accurate picture of technical authority and accountability within engineering and contracting.

Military Sealift Command (MSC) Military Sealift Command (MSC) Corrective Maintenance and Logistics Support (CMLS) System - CACI provides configuration and technical data management repository for ships and other activities with integrated maintenance, inventory, supply and financial management capabilities. This system provides worldwide visibility of data and distance support for maintenance, supply, financial and configuration management.

Maintenance Resource System (MRS) - CACI forecasts Navy surface depot maintenance resource requirements to support planning programming and budgeting by calculating resource requirements, projecting these requirements over the FYDP and articulating the risks of funding at lower levels.

Maintenance Assessment Index (MAI) forecasts - A CACI supported system which forecasts maintenance assessment requirements based upon historical data.

Program Logistics and Technical Support for Logistics and Readiness Center (LRC)/Command and Control Systems (CCS)/Avionics Directorate - CACI provides provisioning experts trained in Army LMP to support Army procurements.

Naval Air Warfare Center Communications/Navigation (Com/Nav) Radio Frequency Avionics Flightline Tester (CRAFT) ILS - CACI provides all logistical engineering to support design and development of new common test equipment for the Navy, including

Air Force Logistics Training Services - CACI provides training and training related support to a student population of approximately 8800 production workers throughout the 76 MXW and Oklahoma City ALC. This support includes classroom training sessions, new courseware development and existing courseware revisions/updates.

To-date, CACI has trained over 14,000 students in 23 of the 25 courses associated with the Defense Maintenance Accounting and Production System (DMAPS) Suite.

Air Force Safety and Hygiene Program Support - CACI assists with every aspect of government mandated occupational safety and health, ground and traffic safety programs in the 76 Maintenance Wing and the OC-ALC. CACI personnel develop overall safety programs, safety policies, operating instructions, safety checklists and continuity books for safety and bioenvironmental program requirements.

We assist government personnel in accident mishap/incident investigations, deficiency analysis and trend tracking, and in writing and publishing draft reports resulting from investigations and analysis.

We monitor and assist with each unit's preparation for higher headquarters inspections.

We develop safety education programs and provide multiple training sessions each year.

CACI provides a wide range of acquisition planning and logistics support to the Navy's Mine Warfare Program Office (PMS495) under the Program Executive Office for Littoral and Mine Warfare (PEO LMW). CACI develops or reviews all acquisition and logistics planning documentation in preparation for Milestone reviews including Single Acquisition Management Plans (SAMPs), Acquisition Logistics Support Plans (ALSPs), Navy Training Systems Plans (NTSPs) and the associated logistics products such as training curricula, technical manuals and maintenance related documentation.

Our logisticians help develop support strategies, including Performance Based Logistics (PBL) approaches which help reduce Operational and Support costs and improve Operational Availability (Ao) due to increased reliability and shortened logistics lead times.

CACI assists the Program Office in developing innovative sustainment strategies that incorporate PBL, rapid COTS insertion and more flexible strategies to address rapid system upgrades achieved through technical refresh/insertion.

CACI supports the Mine Warfare PBL/Sustainment IPT by providing recommended solutions to training, maintenance and supply support challenges relating to the production and fielding of the Mine Warfare Mission Packages to be delivered to new Littoral Combat Ships.
