CACI's Knowledge Management solutions have helped clients in the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, Department of Justice, Department of Homeland Security, and other federal agencies. Streamlining of time-consuming, error-prone processes has resulted in several benefits for our clients, including faster information discovery and sharing, improved security and control over information, reduced costs, and reduced risk. Collaboration across organizational boundaries has led to increased flexibility, innovation, and responsiveness.
Some representative examples of our work include:
- Freedom of Information/Privacy Act (FOIA/PA): CACI was first to market with an electronic FOIA processing system, which now has hundreds of concurrent users in some 55 offices across all areas of government. This solution has greatly simplified the labor-intensive burden of annual reporting, increasing productivity of its users through online access to FOIA/PA files. It has also improved security by integrating agency security and access controls.
- Government Document Archiving System: CACI developed a document capture solution with a formal workflow to capture and archive more than 40 million sensitive documents for one government agency. As the first system to allow the agency to process and maintain electronic records, this solution has resulted in reduced error rates in regulatory reporting, improved productivity of redacting sensitive information through the use of automated business processes, and increased throughput of documents processed by the agency.
- War on Terror Document Management System: CACI's HighVIEW-powered application, DOMEX, enables a government organization operating in foreign countries to rapidly capture, prioritize, analyze, and translate massive amounts of foreign language documents seized in the course of operations. This solution has met or exceeded all operational and security standards and provides timely intelligence to support the global war on terror.
