CACI Putting Our Values to Work Program
Proven Industry Performance.

How to Be Sure You Are Following CACI's Code of Ethics

As President and CEO of CACI International Inc, I am proud to say that ethics and integrity have formed the bedrock of CACI's culture and operational philosophy from day one. Moreover, this focus on integrity continues today. From the Chairman's office on down, we understand the enormous obligation we have to conduct business by observing the highest ethical standards. Through every level of management and throughout our entire employee structure, there is a firm commitment to sustain the highest possible ethics in the pursuit and performance of our company's business. We take this commitment very seriously.

In order to ensure that every employee has the knowledge necessary to confidently continue CACI's long standing tradition of applying the highest ethical standards in all of our dealings we require each employee to complete our values training program, Putting Our Values to Work, within the first thirty (30) days of their employment at CACI.

The training has been designed so that it will be convenient and informative. It will be self initiated by each employee and materials will be available both online and in CD-ROM formats to respond to the needs of our global workforce.

The Code of Ethics and Business Conduct training module kicks off with important comments from Bill Fairl, CACI President of U.S. Operations, and me underscoring the tradition of honesty and ethics at CACI. Next, you must select one elective module from three choices

  1. Conflicts of Interest
  2. Procurement Integrity, or
  3. Export Control

Training modules are approximately one hour each. You must view all sections of a course or the course will not register your completion. The Code of Ethics and Business Conduct course does not include a final test. Each elective module contains a final test. Once you have completed the training modules and the one elective's test, you will also be asked to complete module evaluations.

Additionally, there is one module of Computer Security training that you will need to complete. This training should take you about 25 minutes and includes a brief quiz on which you must score at least 80% to complete the training.
