As President and CEO of CACI International Inc, I am proud to say that ethics and integrity have formed the bedrock of CACI's culture and operational philosophy from day one. Moreover, this focus on integrity continues today. From the Chairman's office on down, we understand the enormous obligation we have to conduct business by observing the highest ethical standards. Through every level of management and throughout our entire employee structure, there is a firm commitment to sustain the highest possible ethics in the pursuit and performance of our company's business. We take this commitment very seriously.
In order to ensure that every employee has the knowledge necessary to confidently continue CACI's long standing tradition of applying the highest ethical standards in all of our dealings we require each employee to complete our values training program, Putting Our Values to Work, within the first thirty (30) days of their employment at CACI and again annually during the employee's birth month.
The training has been designed so that it will be convenient and informative. The materials are available both online and by CD ROM to respond to the needs of our global workforce.
The Code of Ethics and Business Conduct (VALUES I) training course kicks off with important comments from me underscoring the tradition of honesty and ethics at CACI. Next, you must also take the Diversity: A Business Imperative (VALUES II) training course.
The training courses are approximately one hour each. You must view all sections of the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct (VALUES I) course, but it does not include a final test.
You must view all sections of the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct (VALUES I) course and achieve a test score 80% or better or you will not get credit for completion.
When you have completed a course you will also be asked to complete a course evaluation.
Regards
Paul Cofoni
President and Chief Executive Officer
