CMMI-DEV Maturity Level 3 – Across the enterprise, CACI's US Operations has been appraised at Maturity Level 3 of the Capability Maturity Model Integration for Development (CMMI-DEV) by an external CMMI Institute authorized Lead Appraiser. This appraisal assures customers the software and systems engineering solutions they receive from CACI are state-of-the-art and meet industry-recognized levels of excellence.
CMMI-DEV Maturity Level 5 – CACI's Industrial Consulting Services Group (ICSG) Division in Norfolk, Va. has been appraised at CMMI-DEV Maturity Level 5 by an external CMMI Institute authorized Lead Appraiser. Level 5 is the highest CMMI rating and indicates that CACI customers can expect high-quality software implementation and support that consistently generates productivity gains and savings in time and cost.
CMMI-SVC Maturity Level 5 – CACI's Enterprise Information Technology Systems, Solutions, and Support (EITSSS) Division in Chesapeake, Va. has been appraised at Maturity Level 5 of the Capability Maturity Model Integration for Services (CMMI-SVC) with Service System Development by an external CMMI Institute authorized Lead Appraiser. CACI is the first organization in the United States to be appraised at CMMI-SVC Maturity Level 5.
An appraisal at Maturity Level 5 indicates that the organization is performing at an optimizing level. At this level, an organization continually improves its processes based on a quantitative understanding of its business objectives and performance needs. The organization uses a quantitative approach to understand the variation inherent in the process and the causes of process outcomes. For CACI clients, the CMMI Maturity Level 5 achievements lower the risk to successful project execution due to a focus on improving process performance through innovative technology changes and improvements in addition to incremental process improvements.
ISO 9001 – ISO 9001 is a globally recognized quality management system standard. For our clients, it helps ensure consistent quality products and services, promotes first-time right and on-time delivery, and provides a strong basis for fewer returned products or customer complaints. CACI currently has this certification in 12 business areas, and we continue to expand the scope of ISO 9001 across the corporation to ensure our products and services consistently meet customers' requirements while maintaining the highest potential value to the customer.
The ISO 9001 standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and engagement of top management, the process approach, and continual improvement. These processes are the foundation of our continuing high marks with our customers in overall services (Contractor Performance Assessment Reports and Excellence+).
ISO 20000 – The industry recognized standard for enhanced efficiency and cost effectiveness for IT service management, ISO 20000 is the quality benchmark that ensures we offer customers clear criteria to assess service levels, measure performance, and implement continuous improvement. The value of ISO 20000 is evident in improved quality which translates to lower costs and faster response to customers. The standard centers on the design, transition, delivery and improvement of services to fulfill agreed service requirements. IT service management processes help CACI deliver the best possible service to meet customers' business needs while providing professional, cost-effective service with effectively-managed risks.
ISO 27001 – ISO 27001 is designed to ensure the implementation of adequate and proportionate security controls for CACI's information security management systems. It enables us to maintain security controls customized to the needs of our customers. Although information security is typically considered an expense for an organization, CACI utilizes this standard to lower costs to the customer due to effective prevention and mitigation of incidents. ISO 27001 supports the mission to successfully avoid interruption of service, ensure data integrity, and promote customer satisfaction.
