Doc Access Online is an application suite developed by CACI for the Document Automation and Production Service (DAPS). It enables customers to request products and services provided by DAPS. Customers can access the DAPS e-commerce ordering system with their existing web browser. Current modules of the system include customer service, utilities and production.

  • Utilize electronic order processing
  • Upload files
  • Search existing orders
  • Establish funding capabilities
  • Link to funding information
• The electronic order processing module provides an estimating capability with current pricing and a contact email function.
• The production module provides system administration and workflow up to the point of preflight or prepress associated with order processing.

The Doc Access Online environment consists of

• Microsoft Windows 2000 Server (operating system)
• Jakarta Tomcat (servlet container)
• Apache (web operating system)
• Microsoft 2000 (database)
• Application software (developed using Java Server pages and Java)

Doc Access Online is currently implemented at 11 regionalized locations and is supporting over 250 plant locations throughout the world.
