CBATS 101 and 201
CACI's CBATS Model 101 and 201 test systems are designed to support and replace aging avionics testers and combine their capabilities for a reduced footprint. The test systems also support avionics across multiple weapon system platforms. The CBATS Model 101 and 201 tester are a stable platform our customers rely upon to significantly improve the MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) of their equipment
CBATS 101 Configuration: CACI uses a variety of components in the CBATS Model 101 including an 8-Slot PXI Chassis, PXI-8108 Embedded Controller, PXI-4072 6.5 Digit DMM, PXI-2532 Switch Matrix Card, PXI-2568 Relay Card, and PXI-6221 Data Acquisition Card. Additional industry-standard equipment is obtained from Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) suppliers such as the Synchro Card and DC Source Module.
CBATS 201 Configuration: CACI uses the following National Instruments components in the CBATS Model 201: an 18-Slot PXI Chassis, PXI-8108 Embedded Controller, PXI-4072 DMM, PXI- 2532 Matrix Card, PXI-2568 Relay Card, PXI-6221 DAQ, PXI-4110 DC Source, PXI-5122 Digitizer, and PXI-7852R FPGA. Additional equipment is obtained from COTS suppliers such as the North Atlantic Synchro Card and Tegam Amplifier/Attenuator Module.
