Test Program Set (TPS) Development
- B-2 Rotary Launcher Assembly Test Program Set
- CACI designed, developed and produced a total of 17 B-2 Rotary Launcher Assembly (RLA) TPSs and 13 BRU-44B/A TPSs
- The TPSs are designed to operate with the Common Organizational Level Tester (COLT) developed by Lockheed Martin
- They are used to test the B-2 RLA at the flight line and intermediate levels of maintenance
- They are cntained in three stackable transit cases
- We reduced total test time compared to original tester from 13 hours to under three hours!
- B-2 Smart Bomb Rack Test Program Set
- CACI's ATS engineers designed and developed a TPS for the new B-2 Smart Bomb Rack Assembly
- Uses National Instruments' LabVIEW™ and TestStand™ software
- CACI worked closely with The Boeing Company as well as Northrop Grumman
- We delivered
- A factory version of TPS for use by The Boeing Company
- A field version of the TPS for use by Northrop Grumman and U.S. Air Force
- CACI produced a total of 13 TPSs for use by U.S. Air Force
Technical Documentation
CACI developed operational Technical Manuals and complete Technical Data Packages (TDPs).
Cable Design and Assembly
CACI designed and assembled the wiring harnesses required to connect line replaceable units (LRUs) to the B-2 Rotary Launcher Assembly.
CACI also provided packaging for each set of LRU specific cables and developed engineering drawings for all cable assemblies.
