Washington Technology magazine has ranked CACI 14th among the nation's Top 100 Federal Prime Contractors, an increase from 16th in 2010. CACI attributes its success to the outstanding work of its employees in serving clients and contributing to its record-breaking financial performance.
In a Washington Technology article accompanying the ranking, President and CEO Paul Cofoni and Chief Operating Officer Dan Allen discuss CACI's ongoing success and vision for the future. They note that CACI will focus on intelligence, one of its fastest growing business groups, as well as defense, homeland security and IT.
Mr. Cofoni comments in the article, "I like to say that we have to do two things well in this business: We have to make bold promises and deliver on them." He notes that CACI emphasizes innovation in its proposals, then makes execution excellence a priority when it has won the business - "delivering everything you promised and more."
He concludes, "Those are fundamental things that we focused really hard on here, and they're paying off."
The Washington Technology recognition is one of several accolades that CACI has received in 2011:
- CivilianJobs.com named CACI as a 2011 Most Valuable Employer (MVE) for Military
- CACI was recognized by Department of Homeland Security for Outstanding Mentoring Support
- CACI was named Outstanding Recruiting Department by the Electronic Recruiting Exchange (ERE)
