About the PPCA: The Public Procurement Conference of the Americas was last held in 2005 and was hosted by the U.S. General Services Administration, the Canadian Commercial Corporation, and the Organization of the American States. With the support of these entities, the National Institute of Government Purchasing, Florida Atlantic University, and WG Scorpion, we are establishing the PPCA partnership to continue these efforts. This permanent partnership will advance procurement relations among countries in the Americas; establish shared standards; and, create universal tools. We will draw leaders across all of these Nations annually and provide essential post-conference follow through to achieve significant progress in procurement across borders.
