Helping America's Military Wounded

Cause logoCACI is proud to sponsor Cause (Comfort for America's Uniformed Services) in its mission to support America's military wounded. We are especially honored to continue in our role as the presenting sponsor of the Cause gala benefit to fund programs for wounded warriors.

This year the gala will be held at the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC on Veteran's Day, Sunday, November 11, 2007. General Barry R. McCaffrey (USA, Ret.), one of America's most decorated four star generals, is honorary chair of the gala. He is joined by military and industry leaders in honoring wounded warfighters from all of America's armed forces, as well as the doctors, nurses, therapists and chaplains who are dedicated to their care.

Cause is a nonprofit organization that brings comfort and recreation into the lives of warfighters recuperating from injuries suffered in the battle zones of Afghanistan and Iraq and in other military theaters around the world. The volunteers of Cause help lift the spirits of our young wounded veterans by organizing activities and entertainment, delivering gift packs and providing useful resources such as phone cards.

CACI has supported Cause since the organization's inception in 2003, and CACI Executive Chairman Dr. J.P. (Jack) London serves on the Cause Board of Directors. Speaking at last year's Cause gala, Dr. London emphasized the debt of gratitude we owe all the men and women of the military, who serve our nation and its freedoms at great personal risk and sacrifice.

This Veteran's Day please join us and Cause for this remarkable and inspirational program of support for America's wounded veterans and their long road back to health.
