CACI Veterans Hiring Program Earns Top Honors With Third Virginia Governor’s Award
CACI has earned top honors among all competing enterprise companies (1,001+ employees) for the most veterans hired in Virginia in the company’s fiscal year 2018. The Governor’s Award was presented by Virginia Governor Ralph Northam at the 6th Annual V3 Summit in Richmond, Virginia on September 25th. This is the third time CACI has received this recognition in the past four years.
The award is part of the Virginia Values Veterans (V3) program, an official Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Veterans Services program, whose mission is to educate and train employers throughout the Commonwealth on the value of Virginia’s veterans, and to help employers connect with military men and women to maximize the productivity of their workforce.
CACI hired a record 2,428 veterans in its fiscal year 2018, of whom 757 are Virginia residents or working in Virginia. Veterans, National Guard members, and Reservists make up over 37 percent of CACI’s current workforce, and the company’s military hiring and development efforts are continually recognized as a triple win: providing veterans with rewarding careers while benefiting the company and its customers with their proven leadership, values, and work ethic.
At CACI, employing veterans is a priority, and we place great value on the exceptional talent, dedication, and good character they bring to customer missions. CACI takes pride in its dedicated Veterans Engagement and Military Advocacy team, which works one-on-one with job-seeking military veterans, transitioning service members and military spouses as they seek career opportunities at CACI.
CACI salutes military veterans for their continuing commitment to America’s freedoms, and shares their dedication to acting with ethics and integrity – values that have also defined CACI’s culture and driven its success for over 55 years.
