CACI's annual senior leadership conference had an exceptional guest speaker this year: Lieutenant General Michael Flynn, USA (Ret.), former Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). In a dynamic presentation on the challenges facing America’s national security, LTG Flynn provided a wide-ranging look at global threats and CACI’s important role in providing its customers with solutions and services to counter these threats.
Intelligence Insights and Expertise
LTG Flynn is very familiar with CACI. The DIA is a long-time customer and LTG Flynn himself was keynote speaker at the CACI co-sponsored Asymmetric Threats Symposium in 2013.
In his presentation, LTG Flynn provided unique insights into the capabilities required by the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community to meet evolving national security threats. One of the nation’s preeminent intelligence experts, LTG Flynn has held nearly every top-level military intelligence post, including director of military intelligence in Afghanistan from 2009 to 2010.
After the conference, President and CEO Ken Asbury said, "We are extremely grateful to LTG Flynn for sharing his perspective on meeting our customers' greatest challenges. His ideas are invaluable to anyone who regards national security as America’s most important mission." He also thanked Senior VP and Corporate Strategic Advisor Dr. Lani Kass, who has had a long-time professional relationship with the general, for coordinating CACI’s invitation.
According to Chairman Dr. Jack London, "LTG Flynn is a great friend to our company and a stalwart defender of our nation's security and freedoms. We are honored that he accepted our invitation to speak with our leadership team."
