CACI Honored as a Top Employer of National Guard and Navy Reserve Members
The U.S. Navy Reserve has honored CACI as a top employer of National Guard members and Navy Reservists. CACI President and CEO Paul Cofoni recently attended a special day of activities at the Pentagon recognizing CACI and other top employers of Guard and Reserve members.
Vice Admiral Dirk Debbink, the Chief of the Navy Reserve, organized the event, which was hosted by the Navy Reserve and the Department of Defense-sponsored Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), an all-volunteer committee of business, community, and military leaders. CACI was one of some 35 companies invited to attend the event, which featured presentations from senior leaders in the Navy, including Vice Admiral Mark Ferguson, Chief of Naval Personnel.
Mr. Cofoni said, "VADM Fergusson drove home the point that the invited organizations were engaged in a partnership that was essential to our fighting forces."
He added, "Corporations like CACI play an enormous role supporting National Guard members and Reservists when we hire them, supplement their military income when they are deployed so their families don't experience financial hardships, and make sure they have a re-entry plan and a meaningful job and career going forward. These professionals are an asset to any workforce, and especially to our support of the nation's most critical missions."
CACI has an exceptional track record of supporting America's servicemen and women, both in and out of uniform, as well as a history of support and recognition by ESGR. CACI employs military veterans at every level of the organization, from staff to senior leadership, and currently has a number of employees deployed overseas.
