Honor Presented in Recognition of Contributions to Defense Technology and National Security

Arlington, VA, February 2, 2004 CACI International Inc (NYSE:CAI) announced today that CACI Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer Dr. J.P. (Jack) London was selected by the Jerusalem Fund of Aish HaTorah to receive the distinguished Albert Einstein Technology Award. The award recognizes CACI's technological achievements in the field of defense and national security. It was presented by Israeli Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz and Jerusalem Mayor Uri Lupolianski at a ceremony held at the Jerusalem City Hall on January 14, 2004. Dr. London accepted the recognition on behalf of CACI and all its employees.

The ceremony was part of the first annual Defense Aerospace Homeland Security Mission of Peace to Israel and Jordan. Dr. London's participation included delivering a keynote address to Israel's defense and homeland security industry and information technology establishment. Other speakers and participants in the mission included Robert Liscouski, Assistant Secretary for Infrastructure Protection at the Department of Homeland Security; Senators Evan Bayh and Ben Nelson of the Senate Armed Services Committee; and Congressmen John Linder and John McHugh of the House Armed Services Committee.

The purpose of the mission was to promote opportunities for strategic partnerships and joint ventures between U.S. and Israeli defense and homeland security companies. Activities included the opportunity for Dr. London and other honorees and participants to travel to Jordan and meet with King Abdullah II. Participants also attended high-level briefings and demonstrations on innovative technologies and their application to homeland security, counter-terrorism, and national defense.

CACI was honored as a provider of information technologies for helping to fight the war on terrorism and transform the Middle East from a source of global instability into a peaceful, stable region. Dr. London commented, "I am proud to accept the Albert Einstein Award on behalf of all our dedicated and highly skilled professionals at CACI. This recognition further confirms CACI's intense commitment to the advancement of defense technology that is having a resounding and positive impact throughout our global community."
