CACI International to Hold Fourth Quarter FY02 Conference Call

Arlington, VA, August 7, 2002 — CACI International Inc (NASDAQ:CACI) will announce its fourth quarter and full year FY02 results at 8:00 AM Eastern Time on Wednesday, August 14, 2002. As mentioned in our press release of August 6, this is one day earlier than previously announced. Following the release of this information, the company has scheduled a conference call at 10:00 AM Eastern Time, during which management will be making a brief presentation focusing on fourth quarter and full year results and operating trends. A question-and-answer session will follow to further discuss the results and the company's future performance expectations.
