Mr. Schneider’s responsibilities include developing, directing and maintaining competitive strategy, capture and proposal operations, internal reviews, processes and polices. In addition, he oversees the company’s strategic planning process, providing a comprehensive analysis of the market and helping to position the company for continued growth.

With federal information technology and intelligence services business expertise, Mr. Schneider adds strength to CACI's strategic growth plans, which include continuing our dynamic merger and acquisition activities, enhancing our core technology offerings and stepping up our business development activities. Growing our federal business is a major element of CACI's strategy.

Mr. Schneider previously served as SVP of CACI's Capture Management and Proposal Management. These teams were enormously successful under his direction, winning several billion dollars in new business.

While serving as VP he retooled CACI's competitive proposal operation, building the processes, procedures and policy essential for managing and winning large competitive bids. Additionally, Mr. Schneider designed, developed and implemented CACI's Excellence+ program. As a result of his efforts CACI conducts hundreds of project assessments annually, each providing independent assessment of client satisfaction and vital feedback to project managers.

Prior to this Mr. Schneider was a successful department and project manager delivering top line growth and bottom line results. He came to CACI in 1979 when he provided logistics support services for U.S. Navy shipbuilding programs. A multiple achievement award winner, Mr. Schneider has repeatedly proven his leadership and versatility, consistently delivering winning projects within budget and on time.
