Executive Vice President, National and Cyber Solutions
Mike Seldowitz is Senior Vice President and Acting Business Group Manager of the National and Cyber Solutions (NCS) business group for CACI International Inc.
Mr. Seldowitz joined CACI through the acquisition of Six3 Systems, Inc. in November 2013. At Six3, a premier provider of highly specialized support to the national security community, he served as Senior Vice President of Six3’s BIT systems.
With CACI, Mr. Seldowitz has led numerous NCS strategic growth initiatives. He was responsible for developing signal processing solutions for the country’s most critical national security challenges in Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Space Situational Awareness, Space Protection, Electronic Attack, and Tagging, Tracking, and Locating.
Mr. Seldowitz has over 30 years of highly specialized experience delivering capabilities to the Defense Department and Intelligence Community in three core areas, including cyber intelligence solutions, digital signals processing development, and mission application development. He now leads NCS’s 1,300 experts in continuing their support for the country’s most critical national security challenges.
Prior to joining BIT Systems, Mr. Seldowitz established the process used by the Intelligence Community to rapidly transition quick reaction SIGINT capabilities into sustained operations. He also spearheaded the application of open source methodologies for SIGINT development within the Intelligence Community, and established the G-Forge information portal.
Mr. Seldowitz holds a master of science degree in electrical engineering from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana.
