Executive Vice President for Business Development

Krisstie Kondrotis is Executive Vice President for Business Development, responsible for the strategic and tactical direction of the company's business development efforts.

Ms. Kondrotis has considerable expertise in large-scale business development environments and a deep knowledge of the Defense and Intelligence Communities. Prior to joining CACI, she served as Vice President, Business Development and Strategy with General Dynamics Information Technology Intelligence Solutions Division, where she built a business development and capture organization to drive growth and establish a strategic framework for new business.

Before joining General Dynamics, Ms. Kondrotis held various positions spanning 20 years at Lockheed Martin Corporation, including serving most recently as Director of F-22 Business Development and earlier as Director of Command and Control Systems Business Development. She was also a systems engineer on the Titan IV launch vehicle program, joining Martin Marietta in the acquisition management field in 1987.

Ms. Kondrotis possesses a master's degree in operations management from Regis University and a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Northern Colorado. She received the title of National Security Management Fellow from Syracuse University in 2009.
