Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Bob Boehm brings more than 25 years of global, senior-level Human Resources experience to CACI having strategically lead HR organizations both in the public and private sectors. His experience spans across the government services industry, energy, telecommunications and technology. Mr. Boehm is responsible for all Human Resources activities including strategy, change management, workforce architecture, recruiting and retention and employee development.

Prior to joining CACI Mr. Boehm was VP of Human Capital with STG, Inc., a government services provider based in Reston, VA. In this position Mr. Boehm developed the support infrastructure, including HR, security, real estate and IT that helped propel this firm into a highly competitive, prosperous government services provider. His accomplishments include developing a strategic staffing approach resulting in the recruitment of more than 800 new employees (80% with clearances) and helping lead the company become CMMI level 3.

Earlier in his career Mr. Boehm held executive HR positions with General Electric/GE Capital, BaaN Company, Government Technology Services Inc. and Unisys. In addition, he successfully managed his own HR consulting firm specializing in high growth and transitioning technology companies where he helped develop early stage startups including AppNet and Tele-TV.

He is a board member of Wall Street Strategies, a member of the Northern Virginia Technology Council and a charter member of the Northern Virginia HR Advisory Board.
