S3 is a single, multiple award contract vehicle covering a broad range of lifecycle services. It is designed to efficiently meet the integrated engineering, business operations and logistics service needs of all C4ISR customers provided by the U.S. Army, Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) Acquisition Center, in coordination with the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) community.
The C-E LCMC plays a vital role in the transformation of U.S. Army forces. It provides the technologies to sustain and support superior Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Information, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems for the joint warfighter.
