Technical Engineering Support Services (TESS) for U.S. Army CERDEC I2WD

Awarded to CACI in 2009, TESS is a five-year, performance-based, time and materials, ID/IQ omnibus contract with a $900M ceiling. It provides a broad range of engineering and support services, from R&D through infrastructure support to material fielding and sustainment.
These support services include the following:

- Prototype development and fabrication and operation expertise in support of:

- Electronic warfare
- Information operations system development
