About T4

Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology (T4) is a five-year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle that supports the Department of Veterans Affairs' (VA) IT acquisitions. The following task areas are supported:

  • Program Management, Strategy, Enterprise Architecture and Planning Support
  • Software/Systems Engineering
  • Software Technology Demonstration and Transition
  • Test & Evaluation (T&E)
  • Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V)
  • Enterprise Network
  • Enterprise Management Framework
  • Cyber Security
  • Operations and Maintenance (O&M)
  • Training
  • Information Technology (IT) Facilities

T4 offers both FFP and cost reimbursable tasks. The acquisition lead time goal from solicitation issuance to award is 43 days.

CACI's T4 prime contract was awarded in July 2011. To date, Team CACI has been awarded over $300 million in obligated funds under T4.
