World 2 is an ID/IQ contract that offers products and services, task or delivery orders until December 20, 2010. It has a $15B ceiling. The National
Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) has developed the Image World program for the
procurement of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) hardware, software, solutions and services that are capable of meeting all three

Through the use of performance-based contracting and performance measures the Image World program is expected to provide a substantial cost savings for the government.
- The Image World 2 contract vehicle uses centralized ordering procedures
- Customers receive Small, Minority and Woman Owned Business credits
- It was won in full and open competition - no 51/49 split is required (CACI can perform all work)
- The customer's Contracting Officer has complete delegated authority for procurement and administration of the order - cradle to grave
- No NIH involvement is required unless requested

- $0 - $1M = 1%
