CACI's Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) Schedule is effective from May 15, 2000 through May 14, 2010. MOBIS provides federal agencies with a streamlined procurement vehicle to obtain management consulting, facilitation, survey services, Acquisition Management Support and Program Management/Project Management services for the implementation of quality management and other related system change processes within their agencies.
We also provide our FedSelect® software and our Automated Source Selection Facility on the MOBIS schedule.

SIN 874-1 Consulting Services
CACI provides expert advice, assistance, guidance or counseling in support of agencies' mission-oriented business functions. This may include studies, analyses and reports documenting any proposed developmental, consultative or implementation efforts.

SIN 874-2 Facilitation Services
CACI provides facilitation and related decision support services to agencies engaging in collaboration efforts, working groups or integrated product, process or self directed teams. Agencies bringing together diverse teams and/or groups with common and divergent interests may require a neutral party to assist them in
- Convening and leading large and small group briefings and discussions
- Debriefing and overall planning
- Defining and refining agendas
- Providing a draft for the permanent record
- Recording discussion content and focusing decision making
- Resolving disputes, disagreements and divergent views
- Use of problem solving techniques
SIN 874-3 Survey Services
CACI provides expert consultation, assistance and deliverables associated with all aspects of surveying within the context of MOBIS. CACI can assist with and/or perform all phases of the survey process.
These services include but are not limited to
- Administering surveys using various types of data collection methods
- Analyses of quantitative and qualitative survey data
- Assessing reliability and validity of data
- Defining and refining the agenda
- Determining proper survey data collection methodology
- Planning survey design
- Pretest/pilot surveying
- Sampling, survey development
- Survey database administration
SIN 874-5 Support Products
CACI offers its FedSelect® software as a support product. FedSelect provides federal agencies with the means to automate the proposal evaluation process and move towards a paperless acquisition environment. CACI also offers its Automated Source Selection Facility as a turnkey facility designed and equipped to facilitate the evaluation of competing proposals submitted to a government agency as part of a competitive procurement.
SIN 874-6 Acquisition Management Support
CACI provides professional support services to agencies in conducting federal acquisition management activities. Services covered by this SIN
- Acquisition document development, including cost/price estimates, quality assurance surveillance plans, statements of work, synopses, solicitations, price negotiation memoranda, etc.
- Acquisition planning assistance, including market research and recommending procurement strategy
- Competitive Sourcing support, including OMB Circular A-76 studies, strategic sourcing studies, privatization studies, public-private partnerships and Federal Activities Inventory Reform (FAIR) Act studies.
- Contract administration support services, including assistance with reviewing contractor performance, developing contract modifications and investigating reports of contract discrepancies
- Contract close-out assistance
- Expert assistance in supporting proposal evaluations, including price/cost analysis or technical proposal analysis
Inherently governmental services as identified in FAR 7.503 or by the ordering agency are prohibited under MOBIS. It is the responsibility of the Contracting Officer placing the order to make this determination. Ordering activities must require prospective contractors to identify potential conflicts of interest and address those, prior to task order award. For more information see www.gsa.gov/mobis.
SIN 874-7 Program and Project Management Services
CACI provides management or integration of programs and projects to include but not limited to

CACI covers these services in our other contract vehicles and GSA Schedules.
This schedule is not intended to be used by agencies to do isolated or independent management and technical studies when the contractor is asked to produce a final report or product with little or no involvement of the agency management or its staff.
