CACI's Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) Schedule is effective from August 31, 2000 through August 30, 2010. MOBIS provides federal agencies with a streamlined procurement vehicle to obtain management consulting, facilitation, survey services and Program Management/Project Management services for the implementation of quality management and other related system change processes within their agencies.

CACI provides expert advice, assistance, guidance or counseling in support of agencies' mission oriented business functions. This may include studies, analyses and reports documenting any proposed developmental, consultative or implementation efforts.

CACI provides facilitation and related decision support services to agencies engaging in collaboration efforts, working groups or integrated product, process or self directed teams. Agencies bringing together diverse teams and/or groups with common and divergent interests may require a neutral party to assist them in

• Convening and leading large and small group briefings and discussions
• Debriefing and overall planning
• Defining and refining agendas
• Providing a draft for the permanent record
• Recording discussion content and focusing decision making
• Resolving disputes, disagreements and divergent views
• Use of problem solving techniques

CACI provides expert consultation, assistance and deliverables associated with all aspects of surveying within the context of MOBIS. CACI can assist with and/or perform all phases of the survey process.
