In January 2007 CACI implemented our CEOss strategy and organized a PMO around the vehicle to manage CEOss RFQ responses to our prime contractors. The organization chart shows our PMO structure. This PMO has been proven over the past two years by our bidding on over 80% of the tasks our prime contractors forwarded to us.

The PMO will

  • Manage the distribution of new TOs to Team CACI
  • Identify resources for the TO bid - including staff and facilities
  • Schedule and attend due diligence sessions with the customer
  • Complete TO proposals

The CACI CEOss PMO has been in operation for 20 months and has responsibility for prime contract administration.

The support staff in contracts and pricing are seasoned veterans of the CEOss vehicle and GSA Schedule BPAs.
