The PMO will
- Manage the distribution of new TOs to Team CACI
- Identify resources for the TO bid - including staff and facilities
- Schedule and attend due diligence sessions with the customer
- Complete TO proposals

The CACI CEOss PMO has been in operation for 20 months and has responsibility for prime contract administration.
Stan Forbes is the VP for Marine Corps Programs. Stan has over 25 years of experience in supporting Department of Navy (DON) and Marine Corps customers and is the responsible officer for CEOss within the Enterprise Technologies and Services Business Group of CACI.
Steve Castillo is CACI's Director for USMC logistics analyses and operational support programs. With 20 years of Navy experience and specialty in Operations Analysis, he currently serves as a conduit between the CEOss PM staff and CACI's operational support across a spectrum of USMC programs.
Tom Ryan is the CEOss Director. Tom has more than 23 years of experience in the Navy and 10 years of experience in program management and business development. He has been the driver behind CACI's renewed CEOss strategy and emphasis on supporting MCSC via the CEOss vehicle.
Dave Papak is the CACI Senior Program Manager for the U.S. Marine Corps Operation and is the perspective USMC Account Executive. Dave is a retired Brigadier General with over 32 years of USMC service. In addition, he has a strong business development and management background in the electronic component industry and corporate sector.
Gary Fraley is a retired Marine Corps Colonel with over 38 years of active duty service. Gary serves as CACI's USMC Subject Matter Expert (SME) and senior analyst for Marine Corps programs. In addition to his experience in the Marine Corps he brings a wealth of expertise from executive positions at DLA and the highest levels within DoD. His insight, expertise and operational experience provide a unique combination which strengthens CACI's contribution to the mission of ACSS CEOss.
Ed Cotto is a retired Marine with more than 20 years of experience in the Marine Corps and nine years as a project and program manager. Ed has extensive connections within both CACI and the Marine Corps community and is the CACI recruiter in charge of finding the right staff for CEOss bids.
The support staff in contracts and pricing are seasoned veterans of the CEOss vehicle and GSA Schedule BPAs.
